C | 收到客户现转账，他喜上眉梢。                       两年前，53岁的张志辉在绥中县大王庙镇大王庙村火石屯建了11座标准化大棚，8座种茄子，3座种豆角。由于他与家人及员工科学种植、悉心侍弄，两种作物始终长势不错，获益颇丰。                       “8·20”洪灾后，11座大棚不同程度受损。张志辉没有灰心，在当地政府及有关部门大力帮扶下，他继续创业，于9月下旬完成重建工作，并全部育上了新苗。

D | 在棚间管理过程中，大家更上心了，决心用过硬的技术及辛苦付出，将颓势挽救回来。         果然，11月末，8座大棚里的茄子长得水灵灵的，肉质饱满，品质上乘，可以采摘上市了。茄子秧底部的茄子先熟，量稍小。

E | 刚采摘时，8座大棚共产4000余斤，而后逐渐增多。到最旺的时候，一次能采摘3万斤左右。                       “气温低的时候，10天采摘一次；随着时令变化，棚内气温渐渐升高，一个礼拜就能采摘一次。第二次一万斤左右，到12月下旬，能达到两万斤。目前的市场批发价格是每斤一元，到年节前后，价格能有所提升。”张志辉说。                       按照往年的行情，张志辉家一座大棚里的茄子一个生长周期能出8万多元。虽然目前行情稍低，加上前期洪灾影响，张志辉说他与大家有信心、有能力达到或超过以往的收入，因为“只要大家同心协力，用先进的管理及技术，一定能迎来丰收季。”                        新年即将到来，张志辉满怀希望，“茄子能采摘到来年7月中旬，3座大棚内的豆角也将于正月前后上市，够大家忙的。
