一 |     (ECNS)-- The third phase of an eco-agrotourism project under the “Yunnan Hand in Hand” initiative was launched in Bali, Indonesia, on Wednesday, following the signing of a new cooperation agreement between Yunnan and Bali.    The project will install 27 solar-powered street lights and establish 10 hectares of demonstration zones for organic rice cultivation in Tabanan Regency.         Luh Ayu Aryani, assistant for economy and development at the Bali Provincial Regional Secretariat, noted that the project aligns with the province’s sustainable development needs and creates new opportunities for farmers and small businesses by increasing the value of agricultural products.    The “Yunnan Hand in Hand” initiative is a public-interest program targeting countries in South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean region.     Since its launch in Bali in 2024, the program has benefited more than 1,000 local villagers.    (By Helen Mo, intern Lin Qiaochu)                    。    　　8月26日金融一线消息，新华保险今日发布第九届董事会第十一次会议决议公告，会议审议通过了《关于调整董事会专业委员会组成人员的议案》，同意选举黄耿担任第九届董事会战略与 ESG 委员会、投资与资产负债管理委员会委员。　　调整后的第九届董事会专业委员会组成人员为：　　战略与 ESG 委员会（6 人）：杨玉成（主任委员）、龚兴峰、杨雪、黄耿、胡爱民、卓志；　　投资与资产负债管理委员会（6 人）：毛思雪（主任委员）、杨玉成、龚兴峰、黄耿、胡爱民、张秀芬；　　审计与关联交易控制委员会（5 人）：郭永清（主任委员）、毛思雪、张晓东、徐徐、卓志；　　提名薪酬委员会（6 人）：徐徐（主任委员）、杨雪、张晓东、郭永清、卓志、张秀芬；　　风险管理与消费者权益保护委员会（5 人）：杨雪（主任委员）、张晓东、徐徐、郭永清、张秀芬。

二 | 　　其中，黄耿、张秀芬在董事会专业委员会的任职以其分别获得监管机构的董事、独立董事任职资格核准为前提。在张秀芬独立董事任职资格核准前，独立董事马耀添将按照法律法规要求继续履职。　　此外，会议还审议通过了《关于聘任公司副总裁的议案》，同意聘任刘琛为公司副总裁，其任职资格尚需监管机构核准。　　公开资料显示，刘琛自2024年3月起担任新华保险总裁助理，自2025年8月起兼任该公司首席信息官。

三 | 她于1996年加入新华保险，2013年任公司总监，2003年12月至2024年3月期间历任客户服务部总经理、保费部总经理、客户服务部/消费者权益保护部总经理等职。

四 | 拥有中央财经大学经济学硕士学位，于2012年取得清华大学高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位，具有经济师资格和美国寿险管理师资格。责任编辑：曹睿潼。
